Our minimum rental period is one month (4 weeks).

Yes, we can always come and collect the items early. However, we will still have to charge you for the full minimum rental period.

We deliver to most parts of Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. If you’re interested in renting furniture in any other country, let us know and we will see if it is an option in this case.

We want to get your items delivered ASAP, but it can take 5 working days and more from signing the contract to get your items delivered depending on the lead time . Please submit a quote request on our website and we will provide an estimate for you.

We can’t promise a specific delivery date until you’ve submitted a quote request.

We do deliver on Saturdays, for an additional one-time fee. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Please submit a quote request and we will let you know the fee for your preferred delivery date. We can also check the option for an afternoon appointment after 2 pm. Additional charges may apply.

Our rentals do not include a purchase option by default. But if you’re interested in keeping your rental products after your lease ends, let us know and we can look into it for you.

If you don’t like an item we delivered, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your individual needs. 

Your rental contract will specify a notice period. This typically ranges from a minimum of 5 working days to a maximum of 4 weeks, depending on the length of your rental contract. Please reach out to us to schedule a pickup date.

No, your furniture will be insured against wear and tear by us for the length of your lease.

We will not charge you for any wear and tear at the end of the lease. If an item has a defect and we’re responsible for it, we will repair it. As simple as that!

If your rental contract is 6 months or longer, we will provide a 25% discount on the outstanding rental fees.

If your rental contract is up to 5 months, you will have to pay the outstanding rental fees in full.
